Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes a purchase isn’t quite right, so we offer a 60 day fast and hassle-free return policy. Get in touch and our experienced team members will get you the right piece of equipment that works for you.

Items can be returned to us within 60 days of purchase in a clean, undamaged, unused and resale-able condition (including original packaging). We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note on the site. Credit notes are non-negotiable for transactions over 60 days.

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns. Any Spare Parts purchased from Kona Bikes UK that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned for a refund this is to ensure no tampering has occurred and the products are safe to be resold. 

Every product sold on konabikes.co.uk comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not extend to any Demo or Ex Display Products.
